Our featured artist this year is Fulvia Luciano, a mixed-media artist residing in Rock Hill, S.C.  Dividing her time between studio work and teaching,  Fulvia was inspired by the cultures she studied during the years she lived in Venezuela and Italy, and by many of her other travels.  We are so proud to have her as our featured artist for the Fifth Annual Barnful of Quilts.
